Arunabh leads Healthy Planet Schools and Nehru World School, with new campuses taking shape around one idea: it takes a school to raise the world, one school at a time. He is an educator first and an administrator second. He studied Sociology at Hindu College, University of Delhi, and holds an MA in Education from King's College London. He advises India's Ministry of Education and Cambridge International, and is President of ARISE India. He also created Ecosystem, a tool that helps schools reflect, measure and grow. His work brings data and design together to make learning more human. That thinking shaped Healthy Planet Early Years, India's first intergenerational Early Years campus, ranked India's No. 1 preschool three years running. Around the world, he speaks about trusting teachers, using technology with purpose, and designing school spaces that teach as much as the people in them. Above all, he is a listener, a learner and a firm believer in the power of childhood.

Tanushree Khanna

Tanushree has spent over sixteen years in education, most of them in the early years, designing engaging, child-centred experiences for young children. At Healthy Planet, she brings a practitioner's eye for the small details of a child's day that make the biggest difference. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Miranda House, University of Delhi, and an MBA in Finance from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. After five years in corporate finance, she moved into teaching. She then trained extensively as a teacher and worked with children across age groups. That unusual route gives her a head for structure and a heart for the classroom. She knows the best early years experiences are carefully planned, and that a child should never feel the planning. She is committed to an environment that nurtures curiosity, creativity and a genuine joy in learning.

At Healthy Planet, he brings the conviction that when you build around people, everything else follows. He trained first as an engineer, with a B.Tech in Computer Science, and then as a strategist, with an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. Before Cogent, he worked at HDFC Standard Life. Two decades of building an organisation around people have taught him one lesson above others. Systems matter, but only as much as the people inside them are trusted, trained and cared for. He brings the discipline of an institution builder and the patience of someone who has seen what sustained investment in people can achieve. Sonal is Director at Healthy Planet Schools, where she leads Curriculum and Continuous Professional Development. She brings over two decades of experience in teaching, curriculum design, professional learning and school leadership. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Hindu College, University of Delhi, a postgraduate degree in International Relations from the University of Warwick, and a second postgraduate degree in Education. She is also a trained Montessori practitioner. The Institute of Education, University of London, validated her as a Master Trainer in 2012. In 2013 she received the British Council's Global Teacher Accreditation for her research on peer observation and coaching, and how they change teaching practice. She has helped several schools bring an international dimension to their classrooms. At Healthy Planet, she brings together curriculum, pedagogy and educator growth. She cares most about play, enquiry, relationships, and learning spaces that invite children to explore, think for themselves and fall in love with learning.
