He is an educator first and an administrator second. He studied Sociology at Hindu College, University of Delhi, and holds an MA in Education from King's College London. He advises India's Ministry of Education and Cambridge International, and is President of ARISE India. He also created Ecosystem, a tool that helps schools reflect, measure and grow. His work brings data and design together to make learning more human. That thinking shaped Healthy Planet Early Years, India's first intergenerational Early Years campus, ranked India's No. 1 preschool three years running. Around the world, he speaks about trusting teachers, using technology with purpose, and designing school spaces that teach as much as the people in them. Above all, he is a listener, a learner and a firm believer in the power of childhood.

She is also a trained Montessori practitioner. The Institute of Education, University of London, validated her as a Master Trainer in 2012. In 2013 she received the British Council's Global Teacher Accreditation for her research on peer observation and coaching, and how they change teaching practice. She has helped several schools bring an international dimension to their classrooms. At Healthy Planet, she brings together curriculum, pedagogy and educator growth. She cares most about play, enquiry, relationships, and learning spaces that invite children to explore, think for themselves and fall in love with learning.
